To ensure a smooth collaboration, please review and accept this Engagement Agreement, which applies to all projects and services we provide.
Payment Terms:
- Tax invoices are payable within seven (7) days of being issued.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed with us in advance. For recurring payments such as hosting, marketing packages or subscriptions, you will be invited to set up direct debit via our third party.
- Work will commence upon acceptance of the quote and payment of the first invoice. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if invoices remain unpaid.
- Invoicing timeframes:
- Growth Marketing Plans are billed on the first of the month, for the month ahead.
- Website builds and CRM implementations are billed 80% upfront, 20% on completion of project.
- CRM software subscriptions are billed on the first of the month, for the month ahead.
- Ad-hoc work is billed as services are delivered.
- All other standalone marketing projects including but not limited to graphic design, logo and branding, video content creation are billed 100% upfront.
- All payments are non-refundable. This is because time, resources, subscriptions and scheduling are allocated once a project or service is confirmed. If you choose to discontinue a project after it has commenced, any payments already made will be retained, and you may be invoiced for any additional works completed or software fees allocated up to that point.
Out of Scope Work:
Have new ideas or additional requests that weren’t part of the original quote? Don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Any additional services, features and modifications outside the agreed-upon scope – including extra rounds of revisions – will be invoiced separately.
- Ad-hoc work beyond the scope of the project will be charged at our hourly rate as this is most cost effective for you. Ad hoc work will not be undertaken without approval.
- If additional ongoing services are required, a new quote will be issued for approval.
- Please be aware that additions or extra changes may also impact project delivery timeframes.
- Content, copy or page layout changes received after your final approval has been given, will incur additional costs.
Our Commitment:
- We commit to regular communication and updates throughout the project.
- All efforts will be made to complete deliverables within the agreed upon timeframes, subject to prompt supply of information and approvals from you. Please note, if feedback or approval has not been received after three written requests from us, we will consider the deliverable fulfilled and closed off.
- Before anything is published by us, you will be asked to review and make changes to all content (one round of changes is included in your quote). Due to insurance requirements, we require approval in writing before we can publish your content on your behalf.
- For new website build projects, we offer a 7-day period following ‘Go Live’ of your website, if you notify us of something not performing as agreed i.e. broken links, display issues, we will fix it at no additional cost.
Client Expectations:
- To ensure the timely delivery of projects, we rely on you to:
- Provide content, feedback, and approvals as requested. Delays in supplying information may impact project timeframes.
- Notify us if there are any situations that may require the project to be postponed (e.g. key decision-makers being unavailable)
- Provide feedback or requested changes all together at one time. Updates are limited to one round of changes unless otherwise specified.
- After your website or CRM ‘Go Live’ date, you take responsibility for testing your website forms on a regular basis to ensure you are receiving submissions as expected. We recommend monthly at minimum.
Confidentiality:
- We respect the confidentiality of your business and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Termination:
- If you wish to cancel or alter your marketing budget or subscriptions, please provide 30 days written notice.
