Accounts & Renewals Administrator

Employment status: Permanent part-time

Location: Brendale

This crucial back-of-house role ensures that all financial aspects of the business are carried out in a timely fashion and all reporting deadlines, including BAS, are met.

Working with senior managers, including Co-Founders/Directors, the Accounts role is responsible for accounts receivable, keeping overdue accounts to a minimum, BAS reporting, fortnightly payroll, and coordinating website renewal services.

The person in this role proactively seeks new ways to streamline the financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Experience and Skills

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial and tax requirements/obligations
Proven knowledge and experience using Xero, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Xero certification/s (advantageous but not essential)
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations
Ability to adapt and implement new technologies and processes to streamline operations
