Brendale office – no city commute and free parking, next to train station 

Part-time (25-30 hours) OR full-time  


This role is the lynchpin of our digital marketing + website development team.

  • Administrative and customer service whiz 
  • Building rapport quickly with others, including strong relationships with clients 
  • Live and breathe systems and processes 
  • Efficient operator who demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills 
  • Experience with project management and CRM tools and software 
  • Excellent recall and application of industry knowledge  
  • Thorough and detail orientated 
  • Exudes a ‘get in, get it done’ attitude 
  • Champions and supports the people around you 
  • Can handle a wide variety of tasks and competing deadlines on any given day 

Bonus points if you’re already across the digital marketing / website lingo – advantageous, but not essential
