1. Make it obvious that you’re still ‘Open for Business’

A notification banner is a great way to keep current and potential customers informed.

The floating banner sits at the very top of every page on your website and can be tailored with a short message to remind website visitors that you are still open.

Making it a bright colour is a good way to make sure it’s not missed – and don’t forget to make your contact details clickable or link through to more information.

2. Reassure customers about your health and safety measures

In the current environment with people told to stay home, many people assume that workplaces or outlets may have closed, or that their operations have been heavily restricted.

If you have close contact with clients when undertaking your work (think tradies, health practitioners, hospitality businesses or on-site quotes) it’s wise to reassure them about the extra hygiene precautions you’re taking to keep them – and your team – safe.

3. Ramp up your social media efforts
